No hand rail will be needed. Shu can just borrow my walker to lean on. Oh wait, he may have one of his own.

OK the carpet is going down this week.

Here are the classes for sure

novice
1/12 1S 17.5 or 4cell this class will be for the newer 12 scale racers.
1/12 1S 13.5
1/10 WGT 1S 13.5
1/10 Touring 13.5 FOAM
1/10 Touring 13.5 Rubber
VTA no brand specific motor or mah max on battery

This is the class direction that the onroad scene is going. For any other class such as F1 a 4 car minimum is appreciated.

I am currently working on the timing system to make sure it will be working for us on the first race. We have a new PC to make sure that all will be good.

So when will the first race day be? I've had all summer to get ready and realize that I have'nt done squat. Guess I need to get the air brush out this weekend!

Drew, you still have that rent-a-ride ready?

It is looking like,

Sunday for road course
Wednesday night for road course
Saturday night for oval

All other times the store is open there will be open practice.

The first race is looking like October 3 for Oval.

With what needs to happen at the track over the next couple of days, the plan is to have the carpet down and finished by Sunday. I may even sprinkle a few drops of Paragon out on it to give the track that fresh scent

So open practice would start next wee. More details to come......

The plan tomorrow is to finish cleaning the space from the construction. There is not much left in the space as most all was removed today. Painting will begin on the new and passed firewall tomorrow (Thursday). Then on Friday we plan on building the track boarder and rolling out the carpet.

I was working on the scoring software tonight. I started inputting personal transponders and frequencies into the database. If anyone is interested in sending me a PM on your race info please do so. I put Drew's ability to 1 so he will have to work his way up to that 10 spot

Drew is going to come up with a layout for us that if all goes well we will have down Saturday and Sunday to finish off any loose ends.
