Alright. Lots going on!!
Sorry I've been a walking zombie lately. We added 2ft to the loop tonight. Dug to China in hard rock it felt like. Also added a foot to the width of the landing, towards the drivers stand..it's 9.5' wide. MUCH BETTER! moved the poles and banner to the take off, now if you hit those your doing something wrong. Removed the old vending machines. Mauro boys marked the pits in green tape. Please don't pick then off!!! Track will be back open tomorrow 12pm to 7pm

Facebook is awesome. It's really helped the track out alot!!!! This event will be off the hook due to the exposure from facebook. It's also helped my other business tremendously. Yes it's a place for females to complain about the wrong tint of finger nail polish, or their bf not buying flowers for valentine's day hahaha oh well

No doubt! Jakes is one of the best indoor offroad facilities Topeka has had. Dont stop doing what you're doing, and if FB brings in new faces and more business then go for it... But listen to what AP is saying

Good to hear you guys pulled those vending machines out of there. I was just thinking this past Saturday how crowded that corner is because of those things. Especially when someone is pitting on that table

Honestly. I've only ran a few laps. I can't wait to race!!! Someone decided to drive my Cars to the point of destruction. B5m diff is SHOT!! COVERED IN MUD!! My Corr truck chassis was carrying 2lbs of mud!! Body is trashed!!! Eli is helping me out...he striped the truck down to the bare chassis and is cleaning it up for me. No ffffing respect!!! Any who Im looking forward to the fun, close battles, fun, big air, fun , more fun, bbq, fun, Trophy girls, more fun to be had this coming weekend!! I've busted my butt trying to bring you guys an awesome event!! So once my Cars are brought back to life I'm ready to partay with yal!!!!!!!!!!

Well I'd have to say the 2015 Pro Am Showdown was a success. This was my first time at a big race and had a awesome time. After wrenching on my brothers sc10 Friday trying to trouble shoot some car problems I found out he had a bad esc. I pulled the esc out of my buggy so he could race and was just going to run mod corr. Lorne was very kind and let me race his b5m in stock buggy. For not having any track time with that car and using a different controller I was pretty happy with how I did. The b5m is leaps and bounds better than my old b4. Made me enjoy racing buggy again. After bumping up to the b main in mod corr I had some truck problems at the start of the race and got out there a little late and finished 3rd I believe.


Overall is was a fun day of racing. Great choice for the BBQ vendor. The ribs were the best i've ever had and the beans were fantastic. Wanted to thank everyone that made this event a success. I know there was a lot of time and effort put in to make this happen. Topeka was represented well.

Had a blast last night. to bad I choked in the stock main. Just still can't believe 150+ cars. Alex kept cool and pulled off one hell of a show.

I'm retiring for the summer, so see you all in the fall (maybe)
