I think that there are 3 or 4 of us from topeka coming down again

Yep, it keeps getting faster. Once you find the race line that works for you it's fast. Lots of fun, IMO.

It's hard to say. Several people are headed to Enid for the Bigfoot race. And several that have been showing up for the 1/8 racing are somewhat new to the hobby-they aren't on the forums just yet. This weekend will be hard to judge. Sorry guys, I know it's a PITA when the long drive is part of the equation. After 4pm on Wed, Thurs, Fri is when someone would be at the shop.

OK. I didn't expect 40 some people for the weekend. That was a fun race for me in 1/10 gas truck on Friday. I must say, it seems like the attendance is averaging higher every weekend. There are new faces showing up and that's good for the hobby.

I'm not sure what turnouts are like the weekend after big races, but I'm looking forward to this weekend already.

The turnout was just like KC said. Around 40 racers. It was good. Should have about the same this weekend also. There aren't any big races for a while, so the indoor racing should stay up for a few more weeks. I almost put the running gear back in my truggy today for friday. But I'm kind of learning gas truck for now. So it'll be a while till the T is back together.

The MT action seems to be about every other friday. One time there's 4-5 and the next time there's none. I don't know what to tell you about that. My buddy was the one with the savage losing a wheel every qualifier. He sort of had that problem a year ago when he and I first got into this hobby. It's still haunting him. So I think he'll just be racing his CRT from now on.

I'm hoping for a good turnout this weekend. I have a friend coming up from Texas and I'd like to show him the good racing we experience here. He came on the right weekend cause we'll have nitro Friday, electric Saturday, and oval Sunday. So this weekend will be fun no matter what.LOL
