If something like a tote crate is needed, wheels can always be added. You can pick up casters at a hardware store, and a handle is little work. We aren't limited to what is premade, a little custom work is always an option.

Seriously though, I think it will come down to the enormous difference in price. I've seen how many of these guys can haul their stuff in those bins.

And considering that all I'm looking to carry is my nitro sedan, tires, radio and starter box, I think the bin would probably do the trick fine.

That is unless I'm going to find a hauler bag for $13 like I can the large bins!

I've always thought they charged too damn much for those bags, and to hear so many people unhappy with them makes me a shy away from dropping $50 just to try one.

There's an inherent instability with the "truck people".

Hell yeah, I'd do it, but I'm too lazy. It really is a good idea, because these bags aren't usually made for your stuff.

You think those bags are expensive? Try the HPI bag for the Savage.

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXFJT3&P=7

$82.99

Now thats nuts!

COME ON!!!!

$83 for what is basically a bowling bag attached to a wheeled cart!

What a rip off!

And like Phatkat said, they actually found enough suckers to get the thing out of stock?

Makes me want to glue my old bowling bag to a skate board and slap a $70 price tag on it!

Actually its a new product.. just introduced.

It holds the Savage, a Gallon fuel jug, and space for the radio. Its padded inside, etc...

But damn expensive if you ask me. I'm all for the $20 bin with wheels.

Does that bag come with Vaseline, for the butt-raping you get with it?
