Just depends on what the majority of the electric guys want to run...mod or 19t would be cool...I don't think a motor limit is needed..I think if you can put the power down on an 8 turn more power to ya...lol I most likely will stick to 9-11turns

Hey, I will be out there checking out the old track. I do not think that I will have the R40 all together and going by then. I still have a few things to get for it . I just bought a house and $ is tight.. C-Ya L8TR Eric
Got you an R40 huh? Its a good car. One word of warning though. If your going to lighten it up using hop ups, do it before you first drive it. I switched mine in the middle of last season and found myself in the middle of a serious re-learning curve.
The 4 or 5 times I ran last summer I ran a 9 turn Single (WOW) That was some power I am going Nitro again this year.. Whats up everybody. I am finally a house owner. Yeahhh
I'm running an OS R-Spec. The best speed for the money value that I know of.
The car isn't bad at all in stock form. It much easier to drive in stock form than it is after its been lightened. Maybe a bit faster in slim fast mode, but not as easy.
Can John or Shane contact either myself or Mike to let us know which OP thread you want to use for info and general chatting.
We'll close the other one so that people know where to go to get info or so that people like Ian don't have to go through the trouble of posting in both threads when their embarrasing people with pics of their new body!
I would guess it would be the new 2005 thread, but I didn't want to assume.
