Yup, I'm in drafting class now, finished machining in December. I am taking machining again in night school so I can make R/C parts. So far I've made a cylinder head and chassis braces for my Maxx. They're sweet. Next on the list is shock towers and a lightened chassis. I'd like to make wheels, but a bar of 7075-T6, at 18" long x 4.5" diameter is $160-$180, and I'm a broke-ass student.

I know, huh? They're always wanting to eat, have electricity and water and all that stupid stuff. Don't they realize that you need to play cars? So far I have only to support myself, so I can't really screw up too bad. I'm gonna get some pics of my Maxx parts up soon, I'm just lazy.

I know, it sucks. When you gonna be back this way? I'll probably be in OP a couple times at least, most likely with Jim. You should come out and play cars with us this summer.

I just bought a new engine for my revo. Its the .18 tx turbo. But to break it in I might do it in my mtx-3 since I only have one reciever until my spektrum comes in. I dont know yet though that is a lot of power for that car.
