Little story about Futaba from Trav., he never completed any of the first 3 quailfiers because of radio problems, Taylor James sent him over to the Futaba guy and that guy(name unknown) tore apart his truggy put some proto type reciever and module in his transmitter due out in a couple of months, sent Trav up the drivers stand, finished putting his truggy together and just barely got Trav's trug thrown out on the track with no secs to spare to make the 4th qualifier and Trav walked on it to place 7th for the A-main. From there Trav walked on it in the main, lapping the field to take a solid win!!!!! The Futaba guy that saved Trav. wouldnt take any money and let Trav keep the equipment. Now how many Radio companies would have done that??? I dont know but that sure impressed me! So I would like to thank Futaba for helping out a local racer of ours to win a National Title!
Thanks for the in site. Cool story. I would say he sees the potential the rest of us do. See ya around Traver.
Racer-X.

Congratulations Traver. The Futaba guy was probably John Stokes. Taylor said you were running great even if you are running the wrong brand of truck. HEHE
