I had on S grips on the front with firm inserts and kit tires / inserts in the rear. With the track being sprayed now the big deal seems to be cleaning the goo off of the tires between runs to keep the car from fliping over.

Shocks were blue, oil was 70/50, springs were blue / yellow, heavy front sway bar, no rear sway bar. But at the end of the night I was the slowest car.

Did you use the plastic 1 hole or 2 hole piston?

Did it seem to misbehave at all?

I used the single hole piston. It seemed a little tippie to me but I am new to all of this. IT would be good to get an experianced driver like your self to drive it and provide some feedback.

I ran the kit tires with firm inserts. The later the night the less compound you should use.

I know at Omaha when they sprayed I used no compound, just cleaned the tires.

If anyone is interested, I have a spare ball diff or 2 and some Tamiya plastic oil shocks if anyone wants to run on the asphalt at OP this weekend. It only takes 5-10 minutes to switch the diff and shocks! It would be nice to spread the word at OP on the minis too! More people come this winter!
