I should add that the prices are very good COMPARED to other stores in Jakarta. So in other words, the store is still quite expensive but cheaper than others. I haven't asked about the Pro4 but give them a call (check my other thread for Kevanda R/C).
I think you can't compare the prices since a lot of LHS in Jakarta sells different products. For example, at JITC 4 different shops carries 4-8 different products (GP & EP) from different manufacturers and from different countries, etc...
HPI in Jakarta only Kevanda (same as Cipaku from Bandung) but the parts are very limited and still don't have any Pro4s available.. (Maybe still in back order from HKG)

And nope, you don't have to. But if you are not a member you must pay at least 60rb for a whole day practice. If you play every Saturday and Sunday for a whole year, you do the math
