1st Annual Indiana Indoor Electric Winter Series @ P&T Hobbies and Raceway
Hello all,
Anyone looking for a fall and winter electric series in Indiana, check out this flyer for more details.
Should be a lot of fun, and racing should be really good. More prizes to be confirmed over the next few months, but already up to about $500 in winnings, not including the trophy plates for the top 5 overall.

Hey guys.....just a minor couple of tweaks to the 1st Annual Winter Electric Series at P&T Hobbies and Raceway.
Due to a conflict, the first race has been changed from October 14th, to October 21st. No other changes other than that one date.
We also added a new sponsor, HRP Distributing, as they will be donating some Saxox Servos to the overall winning pot of goodies to go along with the tires, cash and winning plaques.....more items to come as confirmed.
See you all down there soon - new Flyer attached.

Just a quick note we have been adding some really great sponsors that will be announced soon as we are wrapping up all the details and a detailed sponsors sheet as well.
Going to be a grand series this fall/winter in southern Indiana - get your practice in over the next few months.

A big thank you to all of the sponsors and folks that have made this happen and that includes Paul, the track crew, and all of the folks and sponsors that have stepped up to make this series a success. If you don't currently use any of thier products or services, check them out as they are all top notch and ran by some great folks that want to see the r/c community grow and stay healthy.

Artwork designs attached for the PVC Cutout trophy plates for the overal top 5 points winners in each class and the series podium banner that will be used at all events for pictures after the races, dash for tires winner, etc.

One last thing all......please read a quick overview of rules and guidelines for the Winter Series that starts on the 21st of October. We will be running a tight show, so please familiarize yourself with everything prior to attending.
We'll have up to 72 three foot pit stalls so pit space may be tight depending on turnouts, so be prepared to utilize your space wisely.
Also, it is recommended to bring your own number decals so your racing day is more enjoyable and organized....house number and Velcro will be available, but decals are so much easier to bring and be done with that part of the program.
We hope to see you all down there.

We also had a donor provide house number decals for the series, so we'll distribute those on series race days as needed for all entries.

Hello all,
This past weekend's first points series race @ P&T Hobbies, was a big success, as we had folks attend from surrounding states as well. Show was ran quickly and on point, and we had everyone out of the building by 8pm. The Dash for Tires was also a huge success as Adam Rayls won the dash in the last few seconds to take home a sweet set of rear buggy tires of his choice.
We ended up with almost 60 entries, and ran all 8 classes listed on the flyer above, and we still had plenty of pit space, so we look forward to the next points race on November 18th. I've been hearing from a lot of folks that missed the first race due to life conflicts and good weather, but plan to attend the next five races so entries are going to continue to rise.
P & T Hobbies is now open every Wednesday from 6:30-9pm, and race every Saturday (doors open at 3pm and racing at 6pm) for non points series race days. Go get your practice in as the series racing is only going to keep getting better.

Don't forget - this Saturday, November 18th is the 2nd Round of the Indiana Electric Series down at P&T Hobbies.
Doors open at 8am, open practice at 9:00 (controlled if needed), and racing starts at Noon.
Prizes will be given away, and points will be award based on main finishes, TQ's and fastest lap. We will also have the Dash for Tires for a buggy class decided based on entry count (10 laps for some new rubber)!
Come out - slightly revised layout is in from first points race, and everyone down there is good company.
Remember, we drop your lowest race, so if you missed the first race, no big deal...just attend the next five and win yourself some sweet looking trophies, and the chance at cash and/or prizes for each class.

Also, a New track layout is going in this Sunday, so as promised, a new layout every two races for the winter series.

Updated flyer attached.....we had a small conflict on the final series race, so we moved it to March 17th instead of March 10th.
Final two series race dates are February 17th and March 17th....some come on down.
Also, we will be announcing a summer shootout series in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on the Facebook page, or we'll start a new thread here as well.
