Default Anybody been to the grandwoods track in michigan?

Hello, I have not been out to this track in a while, but I remember it was pretty nice for a park track.

Anybody been out recently?

Went there a couple times this past summer. My minis didn't care for the rocks and the water was shut off so I couldn't cut the dust. Didn't look like many people had used it recently.

Ok, maybe I will go out with a metal rake when spring comes.

It's in grandwoods park. They have a nice disc golf course, and I had some of my high school cross country meets there as well, as they have a course. From what I hear, the track could use some TLC.

I am about an hour away but would be willing to come meet you guys and race. Just post when you guys are going to head over there in the spring. Is the track suited to 1/10 or 1/8 scale, or both?

More 1/8 scale, I had no problem running a 4x4 sct on it, but it is a bit rutted out, so 2wd buggys and trucks might have more truouble. They are capable of running one it size wise, just the surface is not to their liking I would think.
