Looking for nitro rc owners to help me with my first car.

Recently became interested in the Nitro RCs and new to the hobby i have owned electric versions before but the nitro seems cool. Was hoping i can find a mentor here to show me how to tune the idle hsn and lsn on my Hobby king turnigy 1/16 nitro rumble. It wont idle checked the clutch which seems fine so i am guessing i am doing something wrong with the idle or lsn needles.
Also are there any local groups in hong kong that i can join to learn more about nitro cars.. seems HKG is not very friendly towards the nitro variety lol.
