Default Offroad RC in Hong Kong

Hey guys, I live in Kwun Tong and I only have been to Speedome to play with onroad cars. I have a RC10B4 and T4 and a Losi XXX-4 as well as a Mugen Seiki MBX-5...but I don't know where I can play with them...

any suggestions? I have heard of somewhere called FSY...what/where is that?

BTW I am Australian...any other "gwailows" here?

There is only one off-road track in HK to my knowledge. I've never been but someone on this board posted this map some time ago. It's located in Tin Shui Wai.

I thought I was the only gweilo who ran RC in HK. I usually run on-road at TRC (old airport track).

Speedome is closed isn't it?

Hey, where do you live? I live in Kwun Tong (as I said before...I just realised).

and how do you get to the airport track? I always thought of going there, but never knew how. I mean, I can get to the old airport, but if I take a bus there can I walk in or something, or is it far from the road?

I live in Wan Chai, Kennedy Road.

I drive there so I have no idea what bus you would take to the track. I'm think it would be a pretty good hike from the stop.

You want to get on Olympic Ave. This ends at a grey fence and you take a right. Take another right into a large area full of used car dealers. drive down this road about 200 yards and you'll see a sign for TRC on the left. It's kind of hidden in the back of a parking lot for trucks and buses.

Here is a link to thier site.

If your interested send me a PM and maybe we can schedule a time to go together. It's a little difficult to find the first time.

I'd really like that (to go at the same time).

I warn you, I am not very good LOL. I will try and work out a time with the wife (she is the REAL boss...LOL).

What RC car do you have?! I didn't say it before, but I have the Mighty X-ray T1 (orginal not the evo 2 or whatever LOL).

What class do you run? 23t Stock?

Don't worry I'm not any good either.

I have an X-Ray T1R and run a 23T. I will probably try and go sometime this week during the holiday. I'm leaving for the US on Sunday for a one week business trip.

Normally I try and run on Tuesday nights (after my daughter goes to bed) since it's electric only but my work schedule dictates my practice time.

Cool Off road track in TSW

Hi all,

Been to the TSW track thrice now. Really good fun and the track is pretty cool. Good to find a place where fellow racers are around and they are a friendly lots too. Strongly recommend a visit, if you haven't been there. Is open only during weekends unfortunately...

There is a newly built track, "TRC", Size is good enough for 1/8 nitro but layout is weird!

WIll try to post a link for you later.
