Just a week and a half away from round 1 at H.C.R.C.R! If you haven't already signed up online please go and do so. This really helps speed the registration process along for everyone. Also make sure you bring your transponder numbers to registration with you. If you don't have them to tell us we will send you back to get them. Practice schedule will be posted the first of next week. Can't wait to see everyone there!

Just under a week away and entries still climbing. Just wanted to take a moment and say if you have not gone to rcsignup and registered for the races please do so.
As with last year and the year before we are following the same rule set and points format. You are allowed one drop for the series. TQ will receive 5 extra points. 1st will receive 200 points 2nd will get 195, 3rd 190, etc.
We will determine the running order of classes this weekend. We will make every attempt to give each class and group the best conditions we can. With that being said it will probably be very similar to last year. We will wet the track as much as possible before the round and run thru the 8th scales then blow the track and run 10th scale. That seemed to work well last year. Understand that it is going to be hot and we will not be able to keep the track as wet as we would like. Tire wear will be an issue so plan accordingly.
Again if you haven't signed up please go and do so as soon as possible. Online registration will close on Thursday.

Alright guys here is a run down of the weekends festivities.
Friday practice: Gates open at 12. Practice from 1 to 9. Registration will open at 5. After 5 you must be registered and paid to be on the track.
Saturday: practice from 7 to 9 must be registered and paid to be on the track. Registration closes at 8:30 sharp! Drivers meeting at 9:30. Racing starts at 10!
YOU MUST BRING YOUR TRANSPONDER NUMBERS TO REGISTRATION FOR VERIFICATION! Don't be that guy who we have to hold up the program for to fix a rougue transponder.
If you haven't already signed up on rcsignup please go do so. It helps us tremendously.

Sorry for that late post here. Life finally getting back to normal. We had a great time on Sat at SOS Round 1. Thanks to Gene and Charles for allowing HCRCR to host Round 1. HUGE thanks to all the racers that came out and raced with us. It was a day for the record books for sure. Let's break the entry record at Dalton on July 23rd at Dalton RC. Keep it Fun!
