Hey guys,
I've been out of R/C for over 25 years and finally made a return to the hobby. I just picked up an F104 Pro and would love to find some fellow F1 heads I could train with and exchange tips. I don't mind driving a little OTP. Living in Atlanta, it doesn't seem there are any on road circuits nearby, let alone anything for F1. Seems to be all about drifting out here. Anyway, I'm not serious about racing just yet but up for scoping out vacant areas I can put up a few cones and practice.

Hi! And welcome back to the hobby. As far as I know there currently is no F1 circuits in the area. We do a lot of TC and vintage oval racing at DC Hobbies in Covington. Some of us have considered getting into F1, but our current TC track is not quite big enough for good F1 racing. Anyway we'd love for you to come check us out, we're not that serious when we race, just having a good time. We're out on the track most Saturday's, but feel free to stop by any day but Mondays.

PS Make sure you bring your F1. That would be a big encouragement for everyone to get one.
