Default Is there any carpet racing in this state?

Since I moved here, from forida it seems like there is no intrest in racing. The only good track that i knew of was, toys for boys. But I was just wondering if there is anything left or is it just a state?

Carolina Super Speedway is in Greenville, SC. It's about 2 hours away. We are very competitive in 19turn touring. We race bi-weekly on our out-door asphalt track. The website is carolinarc.com. Feel free to sign-up with our forum and ask any questions.

sorry but no 12th scale in Greenville at the moment.

Touring classes are:
Spec TC with Trinity 21t Spec motor and 6-cell Trinity spec battery,
19T touring with any 19t motor, any 6-cell battery up to 3800 mah,
and Tamiya Mini-Coopers

Then there's the big oval............

If you give us a heads up to when you're coming, a few guys will get their mod equip together. Mike Lufaso (AE Driver) will come up once carpet season is over to race mod.

Thier is suppose to be a track opening in Chattanooga anytime now. The guy opening the track had to have a hernia surgery done or it would be open by now. Thats what I heard anyway. I'll let you know when I hear more info.

There's been a rumor floating around that Hobbytown in Kennesaw is planning to open a carpet track in January '06. A few people (including myself) have been told this my various HT employees.

Keep your fingers crossed.

Sugarbowl is one of the best tracks in the USA. One hour north of Atlanta. Baby smooth asphalt, great competition. The track is going by by soon. Come and enjoy it while it is here. How many Nitro sedan and 1/8th scale do you get in Carolina? How's the traction?
