Grant guess after waiting the required 24 hours to respond to all your "comments" I still have nothing to respond with that would not get me banned or removed from Adam.

See you guys on June 5th for some more WGT.
It's ok Danny, we appreciate you laying down traction on the entire track and not just on the line like the rest of us.

Steve, had I planned, I could have brought mine on the way home from work...had I packed it. If you want, I can still stop by and we can use the track truer and get your tires down to something reasonable.

Just a comment on tires. With the fronts wearing more quickly then the rears, Curtis has a very good idea. He has 2 sets of fronts, and is swapping them each run. This keeps them wearing similar, and requires less ride height adjustments while keeping everything in time with the wear on the rears.

Obviously the ideal situation would be to use the better truer, I have used the track truer before. (Danny just funning with ya ). My first set I am sure I will chunk them out learning to drive this new beast. I am thinking 54/55mm for OD. That is what I have the front ride height set for. Still need to build the diff so Roll our is still unknown.
Not a bad idea from Curtis, I will pick up an additional front set and rotate accordingly.
I am so looking forward to running this car. Hopefully this will help fine tune my F1 skills.

Most likely I will be assisting with laying down off line traction.

That is pretty!

It also looks to be about $105 shipped w/VAT. Not sure I can justify that, but it sure looks nice.

All of you make this WGT thing sound like just too much fun. Hopefully I will have mine built and ready to go for Saturday practice. I will have to true the tires and do some suspension setup once I get to the track. This should be interesting!

I should be good to go for Wed night. Car is built, and ran on the track with no body. I just need to true some more off the tires and trim the wheel opening back alittle. I will not be around for Sat as I am off to NorCal to do some fishing.

Approximately how many mAh are going back in these batteries between heats / mains? I am trying to figure out if I will need a new charger as both of mine max at 6amps, I see most tape the battery in and charge it between heats.

I am charging at 4.5 amps and putting anywhere between 1000 to 1300 mAh back in. Running 6 minutes plus any warm up before.

Charging at 10amps, putting in 1300-1400 for a 6 min race.
