Default Turtle Trax March 28th Sunday

New Week, New Thread.
Racing Sunday, three heats and a main, $15 first class and $5 for all other classes.
Open at 10, signups are from noon to 1:00, and racing starts promptly at 2.

Hobby parts and concessions in patio'ed building next to porta-john.

The track accepts Paypal, Cash, and Checks at the moment. Will be accepting credit cards in a couple of months.

If you need parts for an upcoming weekend, let us know and we can put them aside for you.

We do have many of the new bodies and plenty of paint and mask to make them unique.

Thanks and see you Sunday,
Tina

Got any Drivers Skill in yet? I could really use it!

Business idea: Have a track "Race Pro(s)" available for advice, consultation, set-up, hourly rates. Similar to how a golf pro helps golfers improve.

We tried that, but nobody listens to my advice for some reason.. Maybe it has somthing to do with my lack of driver skill??

He said PRO not SLO. I am no pro by any means but anyone can feel free to come to me or Shaun or any other "fast" guy and we will do anything we can do to help get you up to speed. Our goal is to help everyone get faster and make the racing closer every week.

I'm confused again. You said "any other fast guy", which would put you in the fast category??

So, I can setup a car pretty well and drive it moderately well. What does that make me?

What tires are you guys running? I'm in need of new
rear tires but I'm not sure what to buy. I have worn out m3 holeshots, m? Bowties and a large pin tire.

The new PL calibers for 2wd buggy might be worth a look.

Green Double Dees usually work the best all day. Wear on them are really good last alot longer than the holeshot.

Jconcepts Double D's hooked up well for me. I've also had good luck with holeshots up until Saturday. I stripped an entire section of lugs off in the 2nd heat. My best guess is that a rock ate them
