One more thing, please give yourself plenty of time to register either Friday or Saturday morning because we would like to have an information card on each driver so JP will be better informed while calling the races. We will also be passing out the prize tickets as you register. Remember you get a prize ticket for each class you run, so if you are running three classes, you have three chances to win!!!

Dalton or say Ed has been busting his but on the track getting ready for GCS and we are also having a track day for anyone that is interested in helping on Monday 10-12-09 so far Me Ryan. Ed. And Ryan Bevil will be there i know some will be working monday but we will all be there Ed has been making a few changes and i believe were gonna have a bobcat for monday also so with his tractor and a bobcat we will be able to move alot of dirt any help will be appreciated. We will be there around 9:00 in the morning unless mother nature calls again. For those not scared of getting dirty come on down and maybe let ya try some jumps out to see how they flow or how hey make the car act. Might need to test a couple of them just in case we need to make a bucket or two changes to get that extra 20 feet straight up action??

If there is anything with the word "RC" in it whether it be track or race, it seems the word "RAIN is followed by it.

Time to get into a new hobby, like rain barrel making. This year has seen the most rain I can remember for racing.

If we could get every GA racer to contribute at least $100, I would imagine it would pay for a pole barn type enclosure for the Dalton track

FYI: Based my non-thorough research, the structure would cost between $60K and $100K, depending if you want sides. Other variables change the cost as well. And that is based on 150x200ft. Then, I am sure there is a permitting process too, which I am not sure how much is. I am sure the guys at Dalton probably know since if I am not mistaken built the structures there?

Maybe we could get about 100 or so racers to pitch in and own the track that would be awesome but you know how that is can't ever get anyone to work together anymore. Nice thought though roof over the track power set up for trailers and rvs big events every year done right it would be nice.
