Doorslammers? The Family Truckster handles like a dream and the wood trim is to die for!

Looks like Clark misjudged the chicane.

Anyone know if Nexus will be changing the layout before the race on the 14th?

I will be there running the latest Alpha MK-2 F1 car. It would be cool if we ran the same layout so I could compare times from the MK-1 to the new MK-2.

That's easy! Just pull off the MK-1 sticker and put the MK-2 in it's place...TAH DAH! new racecar with exact laptimes. I'm just trying to help what with the economy being what it is.

And yes, the Family Truckster will go down in history alongside the Batmobile, General Lee, Kit, and the Munster wagon.

Always remember, It's hard to pass a sideways F1 car.

Modhobby, I'm not sure about the 104 wing being the same. I think the shoo goo will work though. If not I have a white wing from an HPI I could use. I just wanted to keep the stocker if possible since it goes with the body.
FYI: I just got my replacement F104 back wing, on the package it says: Usable with F104 Chassis, F103. It is black though.

Now we're cooking! I'm glad Tamiya did the right thing on that one. Another source for stuff. Thanks!

Are there any tracks that race F1's in Alabama?

With the winter carpet season under way it would be great to have another track to race at this season. Hope this track becomes a reality.

Yay! Take the plunge, Eric Stockwell bought one of the new HPI F1's the other day and can't wait to make some laps with it.

Maybe Keith and Ed will get something going soon with the carpet. Even better, it might be time to asphalt the parkinglot.
