Stopped by the shop and looks like this is going to be a good thing for this area. The owner is just wanting to do what people in the area want so make sure and let him know what your interest are. Nitro, electric, offroad whatever. Hopefully we can make this like hobbyhangout. Anyone interested in getting a slash class started?

May be able to set up a temp slash track if there's enough interest. I'm just ready to get to racing, maybe a thursday evening thing. Any Ideas?

Most want to run nitro I'm sure. I prefer electric. Even that would probably be buggy types. I could deal with that. But if the track is smooth a pancar with a 19T is still the fastest (and cheapest) thing out there. And since I have a couple of them ready...

If he builds an offroad I am game for coming up. Would be nice to have 2 electric tracks relatively close. Maybe turnouts would be bigger for both. Also means I will get to race and focus on racing instead of just throwing my car out there then tending to the track.

yeah thats my thoughts too, but I know he has to do what will bring in the biggest crowds. Hopefully the electric scene will keep growing like it has been the past couple months and we will have big enough classes for a 2 track series like the nitro guys do with Battlefield and Dalton.

Default course

I will have a oval track and a off road track also. I want to try to have alot of courses. The owner of the building wants to draw more people to the area and is willing to help us grade it. Once we get the oval track laid out we will start laying out the offroad track. The oval track will have lights but I will add them later.

Default planning

If anybody wants to come and put their thoughts in on the new courses are welcome this Saturday around noon or send me a pm. We will be here laying out the oval track and I would like to know how long people would want the straight aways. The track will have 10' lane all around the track. Come help me out and we can make this a great track.

Is it coming back to ya now. Yea when we used the grape drink and had to call cooks pest control after the race to kill the bugs out from the car.
