"I thought it was show up, pawn car off on son, and pack up "
Hey! That's Claytons car now.
Ok, Randy got me on that one, Clayton liked it. If it was not for having to get him to his awards banquet on time my car was almost ready to go for the 3rd heat. Anyhoo, I am going to start a new thread for this Sat. so be ready.

Bo runs a Losi XXX-CR. He has been dominating the buggy class and will be the man to catch in 2wd. Should be some good racing on Saturday.

Hopefully I can make it down soon to help represent Academy with Randy. The Strawberry festival is this Saturday in Dayton so I'll be with the family, but I'm more than likely going to be racing this Sunday at Battlefield (were the Team Academy spanks the associated and losi toys all over the track). The track is the most tenth scale friendy around!

Once I get a couple races under by belt with the new buggy. I'll try to head up to Battlefield one Sunday if electrics are going to race. I assume they run open mod electric buggy? I would need to get a mod motor before heading up, unless we decide to run a 13.5 Super Stock class.
What's the track surface like in Battlefield? How's the traction?
