When I pull up. I figure about 8:30 so we can get all the work done and make sure everything is ready for when others show up.

Cant quite picture how far it is from the onroad pits back to offroad track. Do most people use the covered pits? Or should I bring canopy and tables for the grass part?

I am packing my table so I will have it as needed.

You have to walk across the on-road and the oval to get to the area they have laid out.

Besides, the asphalt helps get the mud off your feet. It's like a big welcome mat!!

Nah, I scared my self off with my atrocious driving. I didn't want to put anyone else through that kind of train wreck of driving anymore.
