Any one ever try XBT's on buggy at Dalton and if so how were they? I find they work real well on our northern hard pack with a medium to high clay content. Does your surface black or blue groove during large races?

It's too packed for the XBT's IMO, unless it rained the day before, a Holeshot type tire works best.

Default Can't wait for next weekend

Signed up both kids at rc sign up last night! Checked out the track pics, your place looks awesome! We are coming down from northern Indiana to do some outdoor racing. I'm just a pit dad but my son has been racing for almost six years (gas truck and buggy) and my daughter has been racing for two years or so,same classes. We are coming down thursday night to get some track time on friday (and work on set-ups and tire choice) can't wait, hope the weather cooperates!

Sounds like a few showers here and there. I doubt the weekend will be a total washout. We don't usually get as much rain as the weather man thinks in these parts.
