Yes, they will get the same points as in a regular series. You can transfer them to whichever class you are going to race in the series.

Make sure all the pipes on the track are screwed down tight. There will be a lot of F1 cars wedging themselves under the pipes all day.

F1 = Mobile Attack Prybar!!!

Here's the order. Team Alpha 1st, Team Cross 2nd, Team Tamiya 3rd, Team MLP 4th. I'll give a blow by blo on the other thread.

Hi guys! Skip, Serdar and myself wanted to thank you all for making us feel at home. TJ, you have a great track and locals are lucky to have a track like yours to race on. Kent, I hope you are feeling better and I was so pleased to see you again! Good luck with your future plans. George, I want to thank you for organizing an F-1 series and all your hard work doing the Builders Cup. Perhaps next year I can be of more help. Chad, thanks for running so clean and to all the racers that ran, good job!! It was a great race. I also wanted to thank Doug Powell at Powell Racing Components as none of this would have been possible with out him. I also wanted to thank Sean Cochran at Associated for his sound motor advice. Andy Wallace for Alpha F-1 Cars

Lots of others out there to thank also. Shaun and Chris and Coty for jumping in and making it a great show. Nick and Keith for doing all they could with the problems they had and still taking it to the end. Good job guys. Me? No thanks needed, I enjoyed it too much. You know I would do this if I was the only one out there. Time to plan for 2009.

George and Tommy Thanks for all the work you put in. It was a great event that a lot of people missed out on.

Andy, Serdar, Skip thanks for coming the distances that you did to race with us. We enjoyed your friendship in the pit and on the track.

What was the turnout? How many cars did you guys have? I hated to miss it but couldn't help it.

Turnout was low. There were 8 F1 cars total.

2 - Alpha
2 - Tamiya
2 - Cross
2 - MLP

Hyperdrive, CRC, AE, Kyosho, Corally and Nikko were all MIA.

Yes it was sad but, not for the ones that were there but for those that missed all the talent. Shaun, very very good driving with the F103, All the tems put their best effort into this and everyone was fast. By the way Shaun. Before this years cup race was a new rule to give the top 3 drivers an award for 1st 2nd and 3rd. You will be getting a trophy with your name on it.

I'm not sure about Corally and Nikko but the CRC driver (Randy Bailey) was broken down on the side of Hwy 27 and had to be towed back home. The Associated guys had to bow out because Dexter (who owns both cars) is still recovering from hand surgery and could not hold his radio. Hyperdrive ( Chris and Gregg) sat out because Chris is in very bad shape from a back injury and was passed out all day Saturday from muscle relaxers. All of them called me to apoligise for missing the race but in those cases I cannot blame them. It was fun though giving them a hard time ( just a little ) but thanked them for being ready to the last minute and doing the right thing by taking care of themselves and their priority's. They will be back for the next one.

Mobile attack prybar??? Was that not you driveng the Blue F1 that went all the way under the pipe and saved about 3 feet of track? LOL LOL LOL

Hey!! I was looking for any advantage I could find.

Cooper passed out on muscle relaxers? Sounds like a typical Saturday for Chris!!
