The only Roar rules applicable to VTA are reguarding ROAR legal motors and batteries

but i thought to race in a ROAR event you had to follow their rules as well. Also pay for a ROAR membership.

Hey guys just a heads up for those needing a room for this race.

There is a Clemson Football game that weekend so rooms are almost sold out all over. Or they are $125 a night with a two night min.

I found a Comfort Inn that is 15 miles fromthe track that has rooms for $59 a night if booked on line or $69 a night if called in.

Its the Comfort in in Greenville SC on Laurens Rd.

Better make those reservations pretty fast as this place was filling fast from what they said when I called.

Sounds like this race should have been scheduled for a different weekend if people from out of town are wanted.

This weekend was the only weekend that didn't conflict with another TC race.

Out of towners, such as myself, are more than welcomed! I just posted this because when I called the 3 hotels on the CRC web page all were sold out or only had single beds that were over $100 a night with a 2 night min.

I was looking out for the out of towners, giving a heads up! i could have said nothing and let you show up and not be able to find a room.

Maybe next time I will just make my reservation and leave it up to the others to do thier homework!

BUT I am attending the race and am not looking for an excuse, so I looked around and found hotels that were less than 15 mins. from the track that had rooms.

The girl that answered the phone said that with all the other hotels that full. I better let ppl know about the game so they could make reservations, So I did!

But maybe instead of you posting on here you should be here: http://www.comfortinn.com/

making reservations.
