I was looking out for the out of towners, giving a heads up! i could have said nothing and let you show up and not be able to find a room.

Maybe next time I will just make my reservation and leave it up to the others to do thier homework!

BUT I am attending the race and am not looking for an excuse, so I looked around and found hotels that were less than 15 mins. from the track that had rooms.

The girl that answered the phone said that with all the other hotels that full. I better let ppl know about the game so they could make reservations, So I did!

But maybe instead of you posting on here you should be here: http://www.comfortinn.com/

making reservations.
Sorry, I didn't mean to sound so mean or say it to upset anyone. I realy appreciate it that you went out of your way to let everyone know about the motel situation. I just got a little mad because I won't be able to afford the room until it gets alot closer to race day and from the sound of it I will probably be driving pretty far by then and I know that this would be another reason that my wife would use to talk me out of going.

Its all good.

If you make reservations online they only place a $1 hold on your credit or debit card. And you have until 6pm of the date of your arrival to cancel.

So go make those reservations now...it will only cost ya a buck!

Guys please bare with us.. WE hope toi have all the details by Wed.

I can say this, the entry fee will be lower than what you are expecting! More along what most "club" fees are.

Time the track is open when the sun comes up on Sat. But the pits will not be open until someone gets there to open the doors. I have raced there a few times that is usually around 9am at the latest. So for the regional I would hope that someone would be there earlier.

The track will be open Fri. and the pits for practice during normal store hours. There is a $5 practice fee for Fri.

You will need a ROAR membership for the race. But ROAR has a one day pass for $15, if you attend another ROAR race with in a year of that its another $15 but then it becomes a full yr. membership!

Hope this helps!

If you have anymore questions post them here or send me a PM I will try to answer them!

Hey Guys..

Entry fee will be $20.00 for the first class, $10 each additional class. You will need atleast a 1 day roar pass to enter if your not a roar member already. Those are $15 for 1 day or $30 for 1 year. Hope to see many there this is a great track and have some very good food...

Had to make this so you guys could understand him...LOL
