I was thinking about that the other day but came across the dilemma of restricting the engine i guess thats one way to take care of it...i just wondering if a nitro car is going to have too much power for those tires
would be good to do a little testing..tires, wings, etc.
ok...now we are talking...out with the touring car bodies and in with the Trans Am bodies!
Not to hijack the electric trans am thread but I wondered how long it would be before we saw this...hmmmm
301 RACEWAY IS PROUD TO INTRODUCE

2 speeds for sure....FYI, these rules are from 301 raceway up in the norheast part of the USA...in case you did not know.
I am going to get a TA body and do some testing with my G4...maybe there would be interest in a Nitro TA class???

[quote=snoopyrc;4329567]If you think its too complicated then you have the wrong idea. Since its much more simple than touring. I guess its between touring and mini.]
Sorry Snoopy, I realize the class itself is pretty simple but I was referring to what I thought was going to be a big argument over the rules as far as tires, motors, batteries, etc. I get so tired of that sometimes, I just love to race, I never win but that's ok. I'll lay in the weeds and watch...if this class gets going I will be in. At my age, of course I love the late 60's and early 70's Trans Am cars. I'll be watching this thread closely. Hope it takes off!
hey chad i ordered the cuda body.. everything was in stock except the rear tires....do you remember which ones were at pt the other day??
hey gt dont worry....i for one will run the rules the way they r stated, and i never win also, but there will come a day/night when we will bring em to their feets in the stands..
