well i looked at the new rules on tamiyausa.com last night and it seems to me the lipo's would slow the racing down. what i mean by this is they say you can run the lipo as long as u dont modify anything for them to fit, and then you have to prove on a volt meter that they dont exceed 8.44 volts i think it is....like i say dont matter to me as long as everyone has fun but hooking em to a meter before every race seems time consuming
personally and this is my two cents the series was set up to run, have fun and get everyone home at a decent time...and doin voltage checks before as the rules say "every heat or qualifing run" seems more trouble than its worth to me.

well after tonight my mini is OUT OF ORDER
i let my grandson GRANDSON run it well shaggy you drove like a pro compared to what my car went thrue i have to replace everything in the frunt of the car
maby ill be ready for tuesday i hope and if you dont beleve me just ask cliff
how meny times he hit him i never though a mini could do the things that it did
QUESTION do you guys whant to run the track backward this week and a oval the the next ? that is what we need to bring up at the dm befor the race just to make it diffrent and fun
