Trying to chase down the owners of the Sugar Bowl. The address I had was 5272 Nelson Brogdon Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA. When you do a google maps this is not the right location...So can somone confirm the address?
It is very important we chase down the owners and get written permission to use the property. We should be able to get the utilities turned back on..electricity and water?
Lets make this priority before we have our next club meeting in the next week or so.

last I heard was that Jan and Shelly Bailey lived about three houses west of the track entrance. it was a one story house with a garage on the left, it did not sit back from the road very much.

got the tax info on this address...maybe it is the right one. It says the seller is Bailey Lavonia S and the buyer is Village Concepts Gwinnett LLC. I have Googled this and no phone numbers yet, but I do have an address.
19.37 acres...must be the right one???

I think Bob said he asked Shelly about the new owners and they no longer had the number????

Does the track commitee want to mail something to them.....advise

I had the same problem as well. You have to type in Buford,Ga and it'll come up. This is the address I used today. 5272 Nelson Brogdon Blvd, Buford, Ga 30518.

The office of the Seceretary of State has a web site that does carry corp. info and sometimes it contains contact info.

senior officer: Charles l Pollack esq. 770 668.9300
not sure if this the right person but he is listed as owner of Village concepts llc in gwinnett co. good luck!

awesome....that is the place to start and a call will be made once I talk to the guys on the track committee.

Track Committee...who wants to make this call???? I will if nobody chimes in.
