I am planning on coming up Sat (8th) mid afternoon or so and hang out for a while, so hope to meet some of the guys. We do need to set up an official first meeting with all those interested in helping with the newsletter.

Hello, I am pretty new to Georgia. We moved up here six months ago from FL. Anyway I would be willing to help in anyway I could. I am pretty good at proofreading and I am pretty good with my computer. Also I have a good size office in Chatsworth that I would be willing to use for meetings etc.

great....thanks for the offer. I think we need to organize a meeting before Christmas if possible. I will probably start another thread in a few days on the meeting subject so we can all get on the same page.

The medical side of health care did a pretty good job of making people think that everybody needs their tonsils out. Just like they want you to think vaccinations are safe, cholesterol is bad, flu shots are necessary. Theres plenty more but yeah I still have my tonsils too.

I think we should profile the racers that are kind of anchors to our group. The guys that every body knows, the Hobby shop owners, I think we should also have articles on special builds, like Heaths new Oval Killer Touring Car.

good idea on content...we need a few guys that can at least write their way out of a paper bag. We can get it edited, so they don't have to be perfect.

Its not so bad if thats in response to the idea of profiling prominent racers. I can go with that. But if you are answering the call blaze put in for Hot models, Im not sure that you're what he had in mind.
