Default HBX Devastator 2098B New 1/24 Micro Rock Crawler With 4 Wheel Steering

I have one of these HBX 2098B on the way. Really looking forward to seeing what it is capable of. May have to set up a small crawler course in my basement hobby room next to my RCP track.

EDIT: Micro Crawler is in hand! Feels well built, and has good weight to it. One very cool feature is that you can easily switch between four different steering modes, with just a press of a button on the transmitter.

Quick indoor video showing the different steering modes.

Yep, another one coming courtesy of gearbest. I agree, it does look pretty sweet. I'm anxious to see how it handles some rocks. Should be here sometime this week.

My HBX 2098B has hit the States. Looks like I should have it in the next couple days. Time to round up some rocks!

I thought we were done seeing the gearbest crap here pushed by their reps to get free advertising. Hope this thread gets deleted so someone doesnt go buy this thinking it looks like a nice truck at a cheap price until it shows up and it steers full left or full right and is either stop or full throttle or full reverse like the one they sent me after I told them not to send me any more of their product. They apparently didn't want it back so it went in the dumpster. These are basically a Walmart toy.

These trucks get excellent reviews across the www as being the best micro crawler on the market. It is a hobby grade truck, not toy store junk.

Why is a crawler labeled as a hi speed truck ? Anyway just tossing in my .02 on gearbest and their product. Anything can get good reviews when handed to enough people for free.

The whole hi speed label is beyond me. I can't imagine it being that in the least. They really do need to find someone to come up with better names, and better descriptions for this stuff. Anyway, I'm just anxious to take it for a spin and see what it's all about.
