Default Trip to Fort Walton Beach in March - RC dirt tracks near?

Hey Ya'll i'm vacationing in Fort Walton Beach this March 2015. I race SCT and was wondering if you know of a good indoor track in the area. Racing outside should be an option too since this is warm and sunny Florida!

Help appreciated..

PS. I looked up a couple places and found one road track only in Pensacola.

Excellent! I'll read the Facebook. How is RC outdoors in March? Assuming it's a little wet and muddy?

i just moved to fort walton beach. i live near BT-RC raceway and got a 1/10 2wd car to race there, though i have yet to actually race it (just practice). i found there is a hobby shop in Pensacola called Hobby Central and they race onroad in the parking lot right in front of the store. they have an oval track with a course in the middle of the oval so they race all kinds of on road. I am currently building a car for the Vintage Trans Am class. I have yet to race their either as i have only been in the area for about a month or two.

from what ive learned, the tracks around here race every other weekend so that one track will not hog all the racers. BT-RC is off road and they race on saturdays. Hobby Central races on sundays on the opposite weekends of BT-RC.

if you want to meet up at one of the tracks sometime, hit me up! BT-RC in fort walton is free to use on non race days

Thanks HPI freak, i'd like to practice a couple days and maybe race there on Saturday - drive back to Michigan Sunday and Monday. Looks like first week in March timeframe. Will look you up when the time gets near. Thanks!

Just hop on there facebook page and ask em to bring there 4wds XP

Practice any time you want. Race days on 2nd and 4th saturday of every month. Bonus race on 5th saturday. So next race day is 2/13. I plan on being there this saturday (2/6/16) about 11 just to put some practice laps in.
