Default New Hobby Shop in Winter Garden!!

A new hobby shop has opened up (atleast i think it's new) in the Winter Garden area. They have all car stuff. No stinken airplanes! I haven't got a chance to go there yet but my mom stopped by (she found it) and said it looks like a really nice place. They told my mom they want to know what to keep in stock so I guess tomorrow I'm gona go up there tomorrow and talk to them. I am going to see this place and ask about possibly racing. It's off Story Road, about a half mile from maguire road, across from the Orange county sheriffs station in a strip mall. If your in the area, stop by and buy something I'd hate to see a hobby store go out of buisness. I'd do this.

I went in there to buy stuff today and was talking to the owner. He said they are currently looking for a place to race. He wants to run indoor carpet and have an offroad track outside. I got really happy. Just curious, how many of you guys would come here to the ocoee/wintergarden area to run carpet? Maybe if I can prove there is going to be an interest he will make this dream a reality sooner. Just a thought.

I was just talking about a carpet track with a guy I race with today. We want to come and run the Snowbirds this year but neither of us have ever run on carpet at all. A carpet track around central Florida would be great. Depending on when it was I would come from the west coast of Floriday to race. It would have to be Sundays for me.
