Default SAM Raceway On road
New race track in Malabar / Palm Bay FL.

We will have oval, onroad, off road all at the same site.

Race dates to come, but we are doing a testing run on June 15th, next Saturday to make sure the timing system works, the PA, and get feedback on the surface.

More to come.

The pad that we are building the track is just about done. The fence and boarder are yet to go up.

Just a question, why are you calling this Space Coast raceway? Isn't SAM descriptive enough? You are pretty far south to be calling it a part of the Space Coast and you have no affiliation with us, so just wondering why?

The space coast is an area, like the gold coast, tresure coast, the sun coast.

It is a locale, and it doesn't say space coast raceway, SAM raceway (spacecoast) SAM does not define a location.

Wikipedia thinks we are on the space coast, southern end but in the red..

Ron is correct, I was only using 'Space Coast' to define our location. We are at the end of the Space Coast.

Will there be racing this weekend or just practice? The new place looks great, look forward to coming up there and running.

If I have the computer system working right, and the PA is working, we might have a few rounds. Otherwise, it will be a controlled practice. But I'm sure if we have enough people show up, and someone who know's autoscore can help if I need it, we'll get something going.

Hey ALL,

We hope to put together a Race Series with Superior Hobbies in the future...
Any of you going to Superior Hobbies for the Race on Fathers day, looking to get in some practice??

Stop by our NEW track, SAM Raceway (Space Coast) On road, and dial in your cars on Saturday June 15.....

How often will onroad races be held at the track? Once a month or more often?
