Thinking that leasing / renting would be fairly-reasonable.
From what I can tell using Google-maps there is a Budget rental building in that spot now (can someone confirm this (?))
I believe it was just North (NW) of Main St. Shopping Center (2nd & 14th).

there is the old flooring store on the corner of 13th and 53rd that is open it has a large indoor area and a large fenced in area outside
