Dru,

The goal of this track will be club racing. The track will not be big enough for 1/8th. We will hopefully be hosting a FSEARA race. That is yet to be decided.

We may do a couple of special events.

Right now we just want to get it up and running.

I would love to say HELL YEAH! But it looks like I will be able to race 1/8th twice a month over summer plus my off-road pit b_tch duties, I just don't think there will be enuff time...

This will not be the same layout as before it will be a little smaller
to suit 1/10 electric,nitro and 1/12 scale or wgt.
But I am sure it will be awesome!!!!

Got this new set of wheels done just in time,what a year of racing we're going to have with all the new asphalt going down and resurfaced

Ok Everyone,

Sealer is done, Drivers Stand just about done. Pipe will be started this Saturday. Track is coming together very well.

Now a couple of guys got to drive their cars on the new surface today. It was excellent. No traction compound and old tires and the cars were excellent.

We are going to be having our first club race on May 8th, 2010.

As we get the track layout done I will be posting pics.

Our second club race will be May 30th.

Our club race schedule will be as follows (weather permitting)

Track opens at 8am for practice, Qualifiers will start around 10am,
we will run 3 qualifiers and then mains.

Because this is county property all racers must be ROAR members, memberships will be available at the track.

Our track is designed mostly for 1/10th Nitro and Electric Sedans. Example of classes:

Nitro Touring
17.5 Touring
13.5 Touring
1/12th Scale
World GT
RCGT

I will have sets of Solaris Tires at the track for sale if you need tires.

Any questions just ask. I will keep posting more info. Stay tuned!
