It was a great day of racing. I would say 8th scale buggy and truggy were the most popular classes. Hopefully there will be more short course people out next time. Thanks Superior Hobbies and OCP for a great day of racing!

This track is a great track. I've ran at almost all the offroad florida tracks and this one fits right in the mix. Nice drivers stand and pit road, announcer stand, tables, and they even had concessions! I will definately be back. there were two heats of truggy, one of buggy, one of electric 1/8, one SCT, and one 1/10 4wd.
And we had this turnout during a state race weekend. very good.
Ken and OCP crew ran a great race program.

It really is a shame that people have to bash something when they weren't even at the event. I am a pretty easy going guy and try to help out everyone best I can. I try my best at running great R/C racing events...my success of my store and success of all our racing events that I have been doing for over 15 years (both onroad and offroad) can tell you my track record of how well I do with running successful races.

Sorry you feel that way....I am open to suggestions to always try to improve things and make it better. But please don't pass judgement against me when you don't even know me...that is all I ask.

Posted are the race results as follows.......

We did have some problems with the loop and people jumping the pipe coming over the table top......so some people did get a short lap. We will have the loop relocated and will be in a much better spot where we won't have that problem next race.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who supported us with our first race at OCP R/C! Unfortunately we ran into rain before the last couple races, but overall it was a really good day. Seemed like everyone had a great time, 1/8 buggy and truggy mains were awesome!!

Next race we will again run all the same classes that we ran this past sunday. I will be more than happy to start another class if I have at least 3-4 racers in that class. We are trying to build 1/10 Electric Short Course and 1/10 4wd Buggy....so help us pass the word! 1/8 Nitro Buggy and Truggy will always be the biggest classes out there. Looking forward to seeing everyone next month!!!

The race results are posted as printed from the computer.....I did not modify the lap times for those who ran a short lap by jumping the pipe.

I will also have a better version that can be printed available on our website.

How about building 1/8 elec Buggy, its way cooler than the 1/10 scale. Also, how many 1/8 electrics showed up because it says DNS for everyone? I think i am about to get one and race next time!!!
