Default FSEARA Race 4 - Adrenaline Hobbies Jan 17-18

Time to get the thread fired up. It is the Midpoint of the season and look forward to seeing everyone out for the first race of 2009.
We are all aware of the current economic conditions and everyones budget has been tight. Dont be shy to ask a fellow racer to share hotel and gas expenses by carpooling.
Lets get 2009 off to a great start and see a great turnout for this race.

Thanks
The FSEARA Crew

By the way, for anyone cool enough to be a member of facebook, I started A FSEARA page. Not a lot of information on it yet but I am working to put some info on it, Just search FSEARA to find it.

My daughter and I plan on coming down from Tallahassee. We went to the Turkey Shootout at Andrenaline and got hooked on touring cars, bigtime.

Masters =13.5 with 13mm rotor. (must be 40 years old or older )
Stock = 17.5 with 12.5 rotor
Expert = 10.5 with 13mm rotor
Mod = OPEN CLASS NO MOTOR RESTRICTIONS

(vintage is 17.5 and I forgot world gt, and I'm not sure of the gt rules, will check them and get back with that info.)

OK so your not 40 yet. How about I loan you a 10.5 or 17.5 for that race???
I would rather you were able to race with us then just watch the racing. I will bring those motors with us. Let me know which class you want to run.

I do not see any reason why you should not be able to. It is a motor with less power, so no advantage... I bet on a track like Adrenaline the 13.5 is everybit as fast as a 10.5 though....

There is no rule saying you can not run a 13.5 in a 10.5 class so I would be in agreement with Mr. Potter on this one. The offer to loan you a motor is still good. I think maybe you could try it out at the club race this Sunday and see how the 13.5 does against the 10.5's and make your decision based on those results. Either way we are looking forward to you racing with us.

Thanks
