Default Dash 4 the Cash Series Round #4

Get ready for Round #4 of the Dash 4 the Cash Nitro and Electric Challenge, Sunday, October 5th, 2008.

South Florida is home to some of the best drivers in the state, national and world level!!! Our new track was designed after consulting with World Champion Art Carbonel, and his great ideas and suggestions helped us design our new track and layout which is so fun for nitro and electric driving as well.

Come out and have a blast running in our beautiful track, with great traction, and featuring some of the best nitro and electric drivers in the USA and the world!!! So if you want to really learn how to drive and pick up great tips from the pros, come out and run with us!!!

here are some of our local Nitro drivers: Art Carbonel, Ron Atomic, DJ Apolaro, Maxy Velazco, Paolo Morganti, Robert Maestry, Wayne Hynes, Edurado Cabal, Felipe

Electric Drivers: Felix Law, Dave Bowser, Robert Bowser, Michael Abreira, Dave Baptiste, Tim Kowal, AJ DiPirro, Tim Potter, Carlos Rodriguez, Roly Cusine
Bob Husted, Brian Bucher

And many more...

Location: At beautiful Coral Springs On-Road track. For directions please check out: www.csrccc.com

Classes: 200mm nitro Sedan, and 190mm Electric Sedan(10.5 and Open mod), and will soon be adding IGT, oval, and 1/12

As already mentioned, this challenge will feature cash prizes for top finishes in each class. The money from the race fee is put in a pot, which will be split 50/50 with the club. Our Club's corresponding half will go towards track maintenance and renovation, and the remaining 50% in the pot goes to the RACERS

The money will be divided proportionately in each class, and awarded to top 3 places in each class.

Example...

30 racers X $20 Race fee = $600

$300 goes to Coral Springs On-Road Club. The Remaining $300 will be awarded to the racers by class.

2 classes 15 drivers each( electric TC, nitro TC)/ $300= $150 for each class.

Nitro:

1st place- $75

2nd-------$50

3rd-------$25

Electric:

1st place- $75

2nd-------$50

3rd-------$25

The more people show up, the bigger the pot and the bigger you get paid
So don't miss this one!!!

This is how we spit the money..$20.00 entry fee

50% Club 50% Drivers

So if you have 10 drivers in your class $100.00 (100%)

1ST-50%

2ND-30%

3RD-20%

I want to start a race program where we have a novice, intermediate, expert and pro...Then newbies feel good when they see that they move from novice to intermediate and so on.

That's a good idea, Brian...I think that we all need to start somewhere and move up the ranks. It creates structure, and keeps things more organized and will make better drivers.

I guess now you need to define the classes...and then assign the motors for those classes and begin a program, as we've spoken.

Wish you would have promoted it a little better beforehand, Dave and I didn't remember the exact date, and actually didn't race anywhere. I would have loved to take your money again!
