Default FCC carpet weekend at Minnreg NOV 24th/25th

Looking foward to another big day of on-road and oval racing inside! Hope to see everyone here once again. The last race was a lot of fun and some great racing inside the A/C!

rubber tire on carpet= BANANAS

i have to ask this why not foams? i mean come on the plaid ,purple combo is so much better. and dont even say tire wear. because a properly treated set of foam tires will ALWAYS be faster.

i watched the last round and it was BANANAS,

come on florida guys get withe the program

also might i add why such the low turn outs??????????

A foam tire car is 90% different than a rubber tire car in setup and parts so you really have to have a 2nd car just for foams unless you want to completely change over your car every race.
As for the turnouts, personally I have never really enjoyed carpet racing of any kind, but look around at club racing in Florida and attendance is down everywhere, that's just the cycle we are in. 60 entries isn't too bad right now!! I'll be at the next one though and i'll have a spare 1/12th with me with your name on it!!

I enjoy racing my Tamiya on the road... and seem that the support for carpet is growing here, which is good. I know I would love to see a good Florida turnout for the 'birds. We have at least 3 more races at Minnreg before the 'birds...
