go 10 mph over the limit and you will find out!

its when you have one officer in a overpass (or on a plane) over a certain road
with a laser/radar(or by plane we used to use V.A.S.C.A.R) and they get cars speeding and then they have about 5 to 10 cops down the road to pull them over. (it was alot of fun back in the day)
