its never ever going to be fair jimmy. If I did control tires people would find something else to bitch about. Like he ran a new set of tires every run thats why he won. This is why we are running the spec class but I understand the cost for a new car but think of it as 29.95 for cs27 x 2 pair per race = 8 sets of tires which is 239.60 not counting any practices tires. so take your 239.60 minus 125.99 gives you 113.61 for spec tires for the spec class. And you can use your radio and a speedo cost around 60 for a cheap speedo.
So after that the rule is there will be no spec tire only in spec class. Just like dave said its to late in the game to set new rules.
