Fabulous Motor and nice people too

Just a short message to say how grateful I am to have been looked after so well by you guys at Fantom, I have recieved and used my new 10.5 Ion motor and it is so much better than my other motors. I have used it on a sensorless speedo with no cogging at all and have now invested in a sensored ESC and oh boy does it fly.

There was some confusion over the shipping to the UK but the support from you was second to none. I used brushed Fantoms before I had my 3 year lay off and was worried as there wasn't an importer to the UK for them any more, ordering from your site was a doddle and as said before the customer service was second to none.

Having used the motor in anger (sensored) for the first time, I am happy to report getting my best qualifying EVER at my local track. The motor has a smoothness which makes driving the car so much easier and has so much grunt that I am able to outpace most other cars on the straight (it's the bendy bits which defy me though) cornering is made easier with the motor in place as there seems to be a more gradual up take of power than on the LRP and Speedpassion motors which I had been using before.

If anybody has any doubts about these motors can I say that you need to try one and then try one of your old ones and SEE the difference you get.

Thanks again to all at Fantom for a great product, friendly service and general niceness which seems to be missing in commerce these days.
