I would like to wish John Lewis senior (aka track daddy) of the liverpool off road track who has been unwell lately a speedy recovery .

For some of you who dont know John ,He is the security baron and track master of liverpool rally club who has put in numerous long hours along with his son John junior and the rest of the liverpool members to build facilities at the off road track in iraking ave.

As for me all i can say is i have the world of respect for this man who was the guy who put me in my place and taught me Angelo business not politics and i thank him for his advice .

John me and my family wish you good luck and a speedy recovery and thank you for the support you have given me and my company .

hi im new to rc drifting.
and i saw a couple of guys drifting round at stan bridges hobby shop on sundays.
im interested on coming there just to have a look and talk to the people in there about rc drifting.
is there a club in there? or do i have to be a member or have to pay or something like that?

Would prefer that it comes with a decent radio in the kit.

I have had a number of racers from Australia ask about RC Pro shirts recently. Tonight I took inventory on what we have from our division and Finals this year and have added them to our shop site. I'm looking to get in to off-road 1/8 Electric Truggy racing.
I'm located in Brisbane, but don't really know what tracks are around, or where to start.
I don't have a car yet either, but love the look of the Team Associated RC8Te or something similar?
So I guess what I'm asking is, what kind of budget do I need to setup a car, and is 1/8th electronic even a very popular category, I know 1/8 nitro is huge! Does anyone know of someone selling a 1/8th electric truggy that I might be able to buy to get myself into the hobby?

Hi all I am again on the rampage of trying to organise a Interclub Challenge in South East Queensland for 1/8 Off-road Nitro. I am looking for some input from you guys, the racers and club officials, should each event be just 1 day or 2 days, should we run a standard AARCMCC style qualifying and finals or do we run a different format for each event, how can we make the points system fair for both large and small clubs, also can this be and individual event too crown a Southeast Queensland Champion. Often because hobby shops sell only cars that are only any good for driving in a local carpark and no good for the definition of a proper Rc race track, people, particularily after Christmas, come to are tracks with cars that are just no good..
This is very disappointing when you have spent, sometimes nearly $500.00 on a car that can't be adapted to at least drive around a track.
Our club sells Rc parts, and has been thinking about suitable entry level cars we can sell, that you can race and not have to worry about what else you have to buy, just to make it work.
Entry level is the most important class of any club, what I would like here is suggestions for good entry level electric or gas cars. Then we as a club can advertise and sell this class of car. And maybe also encourage our local hobby shop to do the same.
