I just built my first onroad a TB03 for bashing in my culdasac. My question is with a 4.5T brushless motor on my Mamba Max Pro ESC with Thunder power 40c 2s 5000 Lipos running on the stock spur (I believe 64t) what pinion should I run to stay nice and cool and run in the 55-60mph range?

I am a bit stuck for choice, as I am pretty new and racing my tamiya Tl-01, but I need something a bit better, as they are not the best for club racing, as they seem to struggle a bit on speed, and corners. I first had a look at the T2r, but then found the mi3.5, which looks a lot better, and it is a bit cheaper too. So any ideas which one?

i have a schumacher mi3.5 and i got the mamba max pro esc with the 5700kv motor. i just got this motor. i damaged my other one from setting my gearing to high. i previously had a 66t spur gear with a 41t pinion with 32 lipo 20c 5000. that destroyed my motor lol. before i had that set up i was running the same battery with the stock eighty-nine tooth spur gear and a twenty took pinion.

im a speed freak.. so im trying to get as much as i can without having to buy another motor. i set the car up with the stock spur gear but put a 30t pinion on it this time. i havent ran it yet but is this gearing safe??

i checked that rc gearing site but they didnt have any schumacher set ups with the mamba. im shooting for 60 65 mph. how can i gear to reach that safely?

im working with forty-eight pinch spurs and pinions also

Thinking of getting back into touring cars but i dont know which to go for want to get a second hand car to start off with to make sure that i do enjoy it as all i need is lipos and a motor still have a nosram istc charger etc.My options that i am looking at is a tc5r or a xray 009 but not too sure which one to have xray have a new car but dont know which one as i have not been away racing for years last car was a xray007

I have a tc4 set-up for running straight line speed only. Can I run without the droop screws or are they necessary? It seems they change and makes handleing over 50mph rough sometimes.

I see Yeah Racing do a fairly cheap ROAR lipo , only 20C though. Will this be OK for 13.5T stock racing ??

I'm currently on holidays in India, and was wondering if anyone knows of any rc stores in India. Preferably in Mumbai, or New Mumbai area. I'm actually looking for a specific car, a Tamiya F104 Pro. I can't find any mention on tamiyas website that they have a dealer in india, so i doubt they can even get the car here.

If anyone know any hobby shops in india that they think may have the car i'm after, or even any other F1 electric cars, please PM me.
