So i just picked this little thing up and i noticed atleast on the RTR that the steering linkage is capable of turning another half inch or close to it, but the factory servo just won't do it? Any thoughts is it the servo or something else. to me it looks like a servo with a little more travel would be trick!

Here is my attempt to fix the Mini LST Center Diff.
My idea is to replace the Mini LST Center Diff with the Mini E-Revo Center Diff.
Any helpful input will be much appreciated.

Does anyone know about this 1/18 size truck? Is there a 'real' equivalent out there?

i blew my 10.5t end bearing on last night practice. anyone knows the size of the front and rear bearing? am thinkin of getting ceramic bearings instead. thx.

I'm going crazy trying to fix this problem....

When steering is trimmed so the wheels are pointing straight, the car steers the right (going slow or fast). I have to trim the wheels to the left for it to go straight, but when acceleratin and braking the car would veer to the left!! So annoying and makes it very hard for me to do some speed runs. I don't think it has to do anything with the weight balance or torque steer, because it veers to the right even when going very slow.

I've checked all bearings and they're all good, I then moved all drive train parts (CVDs, bearings and wheels) from one side to the other. And the car still steers to the right!! I then moved the front diff to the rear, and rear dif to the front. Car stil steers to the right!

I measured distances between front and rear suspensions arms, and everything is squared up and straight. Shocks seem to be all good too, they all have equal pre-load.

Is there anything else I could check? Would a bad ball diff cause problems like this?

We are opening an indoor carpet track in Tuscaloosa Alabama. We will be running 1/18 scale BRP cars. We just got carpet in this week and layout is 20x40. We have our first scheduled race December 12th. Will post more info soon.

So far from what I can tell, I broke, rear camber link, rpm bumper,chassis, bent front shock shaft, front shock cap, and front shock tower.
This was my worst crash so far. :cry:

Looking to replace a defective servo on my DT. Anyone know if there are any aftermarket servos (higher quality) that have the same harness connector to the receiver/ESC? Or do I need to buy the exact Losi replacement? Or do I need to upgrade to a 3-wire, new radio board with blushless?

I don't really know what to look for a cheap and durable brushless system for my propulse.

I want to sink the least amount of money into for right now ( saving up for a 2wd buggy ) so I was wondering if I could get some input here please....

Just wanted to see what peoples thoughts on this would be. It's not going to be huge 32 inch wide lanes slightly wider corners. The plan is to lay a OSB plywood floor, setup 5" walls and to bring sifted loam in pack it roll it. setup some doubles, tripples and stepup/stepdown jump. I will post some progress pictures soon only have the track is taped out on the floor so far.

Let me know what you think of this idea.

I race a 1/10 Schumacher mi3.5 an I use LiPos. Do you know if I am able use those LiPos in the RC18?

A friend of mine is currently prototyping a chassis that effectively increases the wheelbase and track width to that of the mini slash.. ideas floating include 10 scale servo and motor capability. Is there a market in the micro/mini world for a conversion kit? what would you potentially pay for a well engineered durable chassis kit with a warranty?
