I think I want to get more involved in offroad racing so I am gonna be getting rid of my XRay T2 Pro 4wd sedan. It basically has all the T2 008 upgrades on it. Also I have Tamiya shocks on the car, a Corally battery holder and a custom battery strap.

I am looking for an X-Factory X6 2wd buggy, X-60 2wd buggy or a 4wd buggy. Open to other 2wd/4wd 1/10 electric offroad trades as well.

The station is for 1/10 scale onroad cars.

Included is- Hudy setup board. All fixtures that measure camber, caster, toe. Plus the droop and ride height gauges.

So i just picked this little thing up and i noticed atleast on the RTR that the steering linkage is capable of turning another half inch or close to it, but the factory servo just won't do it? Any thoughts is it the servo or something else. to me it looks like a servo with a little more travel would be trick!

Just wanted to know how you guys clean your cars. Lately I've been taking my cars apart and soaking the parts in warm water with a mild dishsoap and then scrubbing them with a brush. I hear of people sraying there cars with WD40 before they run them to help make cleaning them easier. Just looking for a less time consuming way to keep my cars clean.

Ok, I am not a big fan of these "help me choose a $500 car only I will drive" threads but I can now see the point of them since I need help.

I am looking to get back into the 1/8-E racing scene and need some opinions. I have owned an RC8e and an Ofna LX-E buggy in the past. Didn't like the Ofna and while the RC8 was fun, seemed heavy and not as race worthy as others I have seen.

Price isn't a huge factor but looking to stay within reason. I am open to the "main" brands other than Losi. I would love an 8ight 2.0 but I'm a dealer for every brand BUT Losi and want to get something I can get parts for directly.

I am leaning towards the Ve8 but have also looked into the FT RC8, HotBodies D8, Mugen MBX 5/6.

The Ve8 worries me for battery tray size, the RC8 for issues mentioned in the beginning, D8 because nobody seems to run them, and the Mugen because they don't seem to have much for aftermarket support.
If I was going to choose one based on pure desire it would be the Ve8 but small motor area and battery tray makes it unlikely. D8 looks interesting but I know nothing about them. I am also interested by the $150 price tag of the new Ofna LX-E but I want to make sure the buggy I buy will be one I am very happy with for a long time.

My main concern is parts availability, popularity (so I can ask other racers setup help), being able to hold ANY 4S lipo I choose and run ANY motor I choose.
I will be getting the Tekin RX8 with a currently undecided motor. More than likely running HobbyCity 4S packs.

Any help, info, tips, advice is welcome and encouraged.
