Freedom Raceway 2nd Race 2012 - June 23 at Rick's Hobby Farm
Well the 2nd Race of the Series is a week away, June 23. We hope to see you there defending your lead in the series or trying to get the lead. We look forward to seeing you there, Brian.

Calling All Racers,
I am going to the track Friday to install more electrical outlets for you electric guys. Other track maintenance needs to be done to prepare the track for our 2nd race as well:
•Weeding
•Manicuring jumps
•Moving the loop (closer to the surface and North)
•Filling the water tanks
•Cutting Grass
•Weed Wacking
•Securing Drivers Stand decking to Frame with self-tapping screws
•Securing sponsor banners better
I will be there by 8:30am until 2pm Friday. Please come out to help if you can during this time or even after work...heck, why not camp out? Bring any tools you have that can help accomplish the tasks above. Also, if you have a leaf blower, please bring it to the race. Thanks, Nate Smith.

Where was everyone for this race? The turnout was pretty weak.
This track is epic and only getting better every time I run on it.

I won't say negative, but constructive criticism.
There's alot of 1/10 2wd owners and racers in this area, and quite frankly your missing out on that. The track is bad ass don't get me wrong, if your new to this hobby and you come out to a track and can't make any of the jumps or break your car every few laps its going to loose its fun quite quickly. I know you only have so much space, but it wouldn't be to difficult to have a smaller track in the infield and still share it with the 1/8 track possibly using some quick change borders.
