I've talked to about 5 others that have 4x4 SCTs. I'm sure you guys will have your own class this whole season.

Thanks Tom, I have you in the database. Just to clarify, do you mean buggy or truck for your 1/10th scale open electric? We have had interest in a few 1/10 th scale classes. 2wd Electric Stadium, 4wd Electric Stadium, 2wd Buggy, and 4wd Buggy have all been mentioned.

Default Power hookup

Couple of us are thinking about coming up on Saturday. Just wondering if you guys have power hookup and if we need extension cords or anything like that?

Also wondering what tires guys have been using on their short course trucks and stadium trucks. Just need an idea of where to start and what I need to bring along.

Thanks

Yeah Dirtsurfer19, we do have power but it is a little limited. It depends on the number of chargers working. We do have plans on more power, we just have to make a little money first. The guys have put a lot of money into this new layout and the drivers stand. I am thinking by the next race, we will probably have that done. You may want to bring an extension cord.

As far as tires.. The track is good but a little loose. I am thinking something like a crime fighter grip. I will steer others to your question to get a better idea. Hope to see you on Saturday!

I run 1/8 scale nitro and typically use a tire at RHF for a packed, but slighty loose & dusty surface. Calibers, Blockades, Cityblocks, etc.

For 1/10 scale I've had luck with dd's and purple fuzzies. Its hard on tires when dry though.
